Features:

i) Applications:
1) Mainly used as adhesive agent for printing ink, plastic and paint
2) Used as adhesive agent for composite printing ink (available
in printing ink of biaxial oriental polypropylene () used as
packing film for candy and BOPP composite )
3) Used as a coating and adhesive for BOPP film and paper, as
well as an inner coating of pressure sensitive film made from
BOPP
4) Used in producing PP coated products, interior decoration
materials of house and industrial equipment
5) Used in the laminated boards with PP film and aluminum foil, PP fiber flexibility agent,
as a sealing agent for PP pipe joints,
adhesive agent of thermal bonding film and skidproof agent of
PP packing
j) Appearance: white or pale yellow granular substance
k) Viscosity: 200 - 800mPa. s (p - ink ); 100mPa. s (paint grade
max.)
l) pH: 6.0 - 8.0 (p - ink ); 6.0 - 8.0 (paint )
m) Chloride content: 30.0 - 35.0% (p - ink ); 28.0 - 35.0
(paint )
n) Volatility: 0.5 PCT (p - ink grade max.); 0.5 PCT (paint grade max.)
o) Ash: 0.3PCT (p - ink grade max.); 0.3PCT (paint grade max.)
p) Note:
1) Viscosity is measured in 20% toluene solution at 25+ / -1oC
by rotational viscometer
2) Rotational viscometer is at 750 rpm
