Detailed Metallizing CPP Film Description
After aluminum coating, Jinzhongda® MCPP film has a distinct metallic
cluster and tight insulation from Oxygen(), Carbon dioxide() and
resistance to ultraviolet radiation. The treated top layer is a special material which has high
metal adhesion, suitable for metallizing purpose, to guarantee metallizing
strength and glazing effect.
The middle layer of MCPP is Homo PP,
to improve the rigidity of the film, also designed for metalizing purpose, which is required by the metalizing
process and final products. This regulation
describes polypropylene and olefin copolymers that can be safely used in
articles used for packaging or holding food at low temperatures and / or
room temperatures.
Jinzhongda® MCPP film is produced by 3 - layer co - extrusion and casting
processing.
The bottom layer is low sealing temperature resin, contributed to a low
sealing temperature and high sealing strength．

FDA Food Contact Status – Jinzhongda® MCPP film comply with the Food and
Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.2010 (3).
